The 2013 fishing derby is ONE week away.  Are you registered yet?  Pack 183 is running this summertime event and we’d love to have a big Pack 183 turnout.  This is the first district fishing derby in 4 years and we want to bring it back BIG!!

The first 100 scouts will receive a fishing pole to take home with him.  This alone is worth the price of admission to the fishing derby.

We will have fishing for catfish, bream, and largemouth bass.  In addition there will be games and prizes.  We also have special guest exhibitors coming:

–  Sawgrass Nature Center – they are bringing an alligator and tortoise

–  Youth Environmental Alliance (YEA!)

–  Broward County Waste and Recycling

–  Davie Police Department will be there to do fingerprinting and ID cards
