Cost is $25/Scout. Dates vary according to den:
Tigers/Wolves – June 10th (register by the 8th)
Wolves/Bears – April 22 (register by the 20th) or June 24 (register by the 22nd)
Webelos – May 20 (register by the 18th) or July 15 (register by the 13th)
Get your car designs drafted!! March 2 & 16 will be our Cut the Car Nights. Look out for email from Cubmaster, Jim, with more details and rules. Pinewood Derby is April 22.
Remember to RSVP for the Blue & Gold banquet! There will be a regular Pack meeting in addition to a dinner and ceremony to commemorate our Webelos IIs that will be leaving us to join their prospective Boy Scout Troops.
The annual Haunted Forest Trail is this Saturday the 22nd from 5-10pm at Camp Elmore. Choose between a “scary” and “not so scary” trail, games and food from the Heron Grill.

The Boy Scouts put a lot of effort into making this event fun and to help raise money for the Joseph Arron Abbot Campership Fund. 
Reminder that our first Pack Meeting of the Fall season is coming soon! It will be Friday, September 9 at 6:30pm at Manatee Bay. Remember that all scouts should be in their Class A uniforms. See you soon!
Hello Pack 183!
Please join us this Saturday, August 27 at Vista View Park from 9am -11am – Shelter 1 for our annual back to school rocket derby.
Watch the Scouts and siblings make their own paper rockets and launch them with compressed air. There will be friendly competitions within each den and a siblings category. Medals will be awarded.
We will also be accepting registations for the new Scouting year. Be sure to stay for a quick lunch after the launch.

Pack 183,
The last pack meeting of the school year is this Friday May 20th, starting at 630pm and will be held at our local BSA Camp Elmore.
We will be parking in the main car park, and it is only a short 2 minute walk to the Ceremonies Ring where we will hold the meeting (street address is 3551 SW 142 Ave, Davie)
We will celebrate the scouts crossing over to their new rank by awarding them their new neckerchiefs, the new scouts will be awarded their bobcats.
The campfire will be lit so please bring your camp/lawn chairs and a blanket, kid-friendly beverages and snacks if you want to stay the evening.
For those that are undecided about summer camp this will give you an opportunity to see the camp and all it has to offer.

Hello Pack 183,
March pack meeting is here, tomorrow Friday March 11th, 630pm in the cafeteria of Manatee Bay. The theme is a Scout is Thrifty.
Join us for the awards recognition, pack activities, prizes and updates on upcoming events. Please bring your payment for the Domino and Camp Cards. Hopefully, you all have participated in a Publix “show and sell” and have sold your allotment.
Also this week is a presentation (more for parents) from the District Executive, he will explain how the district is run and managed from a BSA level and gives you on opportunity to ask him direct questions on anything scouting.
